  • Streaming Musical Selection in RealPlayer Format

  • The above link requires either the free "basic" or "plus" version of RealPlayer installed on your PC. If the link doesn't work, and/or you don't want to install RealPlayer, try the link below instead.

Note -- Due to issues regarding the "Realplayer" and "RealOne" media players, the format may be discontinued from use on this site in the near future. The latest players are nagging constantly to upgrade, and can be a hassle to install and uninstall (the free version is nearly impossible even to locate anymore on the real.com site). If you have any feedback on this, please contact the webmaster at the link given toward the bottom of the page.

  • Streaming Musical Selection in Windows Media Format

  • Click on the above to stream this selection, or right-click and select "Save Target As" or "Download" to download it to your hard drive. Windows Media Audio format is v2, and will remain so for backward compatibility with older players.

February's selection is a quiet, contemplative, melodic piece from Ray Lynch's "The Sky of Mind" (out of print but about to be re-released). Set aside 9 minutes to relax and enjoy!

"Following an identity crisis in the early 1980s, classical guitarist Ray Lynch was encouraged by his spiritual mentor Master Da Free John to use musical composition as his spiritual path. SKY OF MIND (1983) became an underground New Age classic..."

If interested in (pre)ordering the re-release of this out of print classic on CD, click here to go to Amazon.com or Barnes & Noble Online. The piece presented here in streaming format will be removed by the end of February, 2002 or at the request of the publisher(s).
